I just feed them dried food
Can you provide more information like what tank size, water parameters? With your info, hard to see what is wrong.

Did you add any new decoration or placed any new big item beside the tank? Sometimes fish are frightened of an unfamiliar item which they think is a big predator lurking around to eat them up. If the item remains, they may continue to be in that highly stressed state. Just guessing.
LIFE IS UNBEARABLE WITHOUT A FISH TANK!!!
