Baby shrimp food?

I have had some shrimplets in a cube tank for a few weeks now, they have not grown much

Fed them small fish food, tubifex worms, algae wafers and shrimp pellets but to no avail.

May I know how to accelerate their growth? There is no algae in the tank

Please help my shrimps, thank you!
