Calculation needed

On Seachem's Flourish Potassium:

1 capful (5ml) for every 200L of water raises potassium levels by 1mg/L.

I want to dose daily into my 60L tank to achieve approx 10ppm of potassium. ( Using the Estimative Index here )

How do I do this? Anyone knows?

the phosphate calculation for Flourish Phosphorus seems incorrect. the phosphate PPM it calcuates is 10 times more than the real amount.
