Discus head pointing down when swimming

Hi,
I had a discus, the head keep pointing down these few days.
Had checked from some website which say that this could be hole in the head disease. However didnt noticed any hole in the head on my discus.
Anyone got any idea and how can i cure it? Thanks and hope to hear from all

swim bladder disease probably, I think only treatment is water change and some salt.

look at the forehead area if its a HITH case, otherwise like loupgarou say, its swimming bladder
