Any special media to make the water very clear?

Any advice on the above subject, any special media in the market that can be put into the external filter to make the water very very clear?

A diatom filter. But it's not filter media... you have to use it together with the filter that comes with it.

you can try with 2 layers of filter wool, one which the 'normal' one and one with finer 'pores' underneath it.

What is diatom filter? An additional device before the actual filter? interesting, does it work?

What is the brand and how much it cost? Any potential problem if using this thing long term?

go google up diatom filters.

they are not long term filters, you can only use them until they clog up, then you must dismantle and wash the filter before using again. (8-12 hrs run)..

ideally used to clean up greenwater, cloudiness, prior to photo taking, also cleans the water of pathogens.
