Singapore Freshwater Crab

The freshwater crab that only exist in Singapore is an endangered species,Johora singaporensis.
Am wondering if anyone came across this crab before and anyone was unaware that it is endangered species and were adventurous enough to keep them ?
Maybe someone had successfully bred them before in captives too...hmm
