    Guys

Anybody tried using those white sponge (available in Daiso) that sorta clean everything with water (stains/dirts off your wall/etc).

Was thinking of using it to help remove the GDA from my glass but worried that it might be toxic to my tank inhabitants.

    Thanks!

    GDA?

But those melamine sponge I have been using for quite a while. They are okay but u need apply some force but they do remove those abit hair like algae on the visible glass portion.

Things to note the will fall apart if there are sharp corners...or u use them on the thickness of the glass type., normal usage not easy to break..but if break white in colour easy to pick the bits out.
Just wipe the glass and with another little pail of water to squeeze multiple times to clean it. Usually I use 1 piece (3cm x 1.5cm) and throw after 1 cleaning.
    So far not casualty.

    not expert...just lazy.
As this things works better than those usual sponge.

    Ah..just to add.
Cos when you usually clean , it will be compressed by our finger then our hand go up and down to clean....
Don't loosen your finger in tank and press it back again, take the whole thing out and squeeze in the pail.

^hope you understand what I am trying to explain.

Do not get the scented ones, might not be aquarium safe.
