My Eheim ecco pro 300 canister filter case crack

Hi Guys,

Anyone encounter eheim case crack when i push the lever down to open, do the warranty cover this kind of issue?

If no, may i know where can i get a replacement.

Was it an older unit? Which part of the canister casing cracked?

You can go directly to Qian Hu and get a replacement canister case, they are the distributor and keep spare parts in stock. Not really sure if they cover the breakage of casing under the warranty though (it mainly covers the motor parts).

Is under warranty bought it 2 weeks ago, trying to take out the carbon pad end up it crack damn unlucky. I just come back from Qian Hu and this thing happen just 2hrs ago. Anyway thanks for the info will go over tomorrow morning.

Pls keep us informed if they do allow u to change or give u all kinds of crap excuses.

I manage get them change a new one for me as the crack area is close to lever side.
