Strange Growth on Plant

Hi all,

Any idea what is the "algae-like" thing that grows on my plant? May i know how to get rid of these? Thanks in advance!

Thats blue green algae / BGA (aka cyanobacteria), your case looks quite bad, its actually a bacteria life form so you'd usually have to use aquarium antibiotic treatments to kill it.
