Thanks Dscheng.
where can i buy the hikari frozen bloodworm and the cost price.
Hi barmby and Dscheng ,
Thanks for both of yours useful information.
Cheers...![]()
My koi angels likes the Hikari frozen blood worms and I supplement them with pellet bits too.
My two young angelfish are giving me problems now. You see, they refuse to eat ground up pellets although it is smaller than their mouths.
I am only interested in training them to eat that food, as I do not want to feed them with dried bloodworms.
I didn't know that angelfish are such fussy eaters. I had intended to stock up on calico (koi) Angelfish later, but I am put off by them being fussy about food.
When it comes to food, my best experience is with Guoramis, as they can be easily trained to eat even rock hard small pellets.
Goldfish are also my favourite eaters. I feed them those short black soldier fly grub, which they love. They also go hysterical over bananas.![]()
LIFE IS UNBEARABLE WITHOUT A FISH TANK!!!
I managed to breed my koi angelfish. They breed on the community tank then I transferred them to a separate tank. When they become free swimmers, the first food I gave them was the alternate of ocean nutrition instant baby brime shrimp and Hikari first bite. Then I slowly introduced them to granules and frozen bloodworms. Mine are not really fussy eaters.
you could get the Ocean Nut. Instant Brine shrimps.
Else its the Munster some Garlic pellet food which my fussy Samurais do have "some" intention to eat,
(fail with OF , Hikari Mysis, ONip... <----if you happen to be in TIong bahru area I can let you have a bit of each you take home try, they sitting one corner...)
I feed mine frozen blood worms in the morning and pellets after I got home in the evening.
Yup just once feeding per day. They active and keep wailing it tail meaning it is healthy.
