    Hi Guys,

Just re-scaped my tank recently to a dutch style. Took me quite a bit of a time as I didn't scoop up my fishes and so everything was done with a tank full of water. Nothing died and get a chance to clean my substrate abit as well and plant in some soil fertilizer. And so here are my specs and the fertilization I am using. Did a hard pruning for my existing stem plants as well.

    180L Planted Tank.jpg

    Tank Size: 90cm x 45cm x 45cm
    Lighting:
ODYSSEA EVO LED LAMP (3 Watts per LED) x 2 - thinking of changing to Zetlight, waiting on aquatic avenue for promotion.
    Canister Filter: Shiruba XB-312
UV Sterilizer: JBL UVC Crystal 9watts
Airpump (Night Usage): HAGEN Fluval Q1
Surface Skimmer: Odyssea clean 100 surface skimmer (Awesome addon: It helps to skim away floating leaves etc and also helps to increase my water circulation. Abit unsightly but well who cares no one is seeing it except me hahaha)
Cooling Fan: Can't remember what brand I'm using

Fertilization: I dose nitrogen 2ml/3days) and phosphorous 2ml (4-5 days). Iron 5ml/week and then the usual fertilization EIHO Plant Complete 15 drops a day (around 2.5ml). Will be changing to a better quality all rounded fert soon. I dose carbon as well 5ml 2-3 days to keep my algae bloom low. Algaexit 10ml once a week at the moment to control the algae bloom till my plants are well established.

    FLORAS Plants in my tank:
    Didiplis diandra
Alternanthera reineckii sp (mini, pink and roeseafolia)
    Hygrophilla pinnatifida
Cabomba furcata (Very interesting plant to have. Leaflets will open and close according to your lighting timing. This picture was taken way over its usual photoperiodism of 4pm - 10pm at around midnight. Even when my lights were on, the top leaflets still were folded up - I assure you those were not the new apicals)
    Bacopa caroliniana
    Ludwigia brevipes
    Ludwigia arcuata
    Ludwigia repens
    Nesaea sp "Red"
    Hemianthus callitrichoides
    Bolbitis
    mini
Bucephalandra "Godzilla", brownie and the green unknown???

    FAUNAS
    Rasboras Espei
    Rasboras Galaxy
    Rasboras Purple
    Rasboras brigittae
    Otocinclus
    Cherry shrimps
    Mosquito shrimps
    Yamato shrimps

*Extra notes: I observed that plants i used from tissue culture grow extremely fast due to the rich amount of nutrients they absorbed from the agar agar culture. With the right condition from your tank, it will shoot up like no other people's business. My reineckii mini took me 4 days to reach this height - Plants are amazing ain't they especially underwater... hahaha.

    Cheers

Lovely Espei Rasboras, nice coloration! How long have u kept them? I think they are one of the most underrated fish. Very nice behavior when they school against the flow.
