Hi I am setting up a shrimp breeding tank. Will yamatos and pygmy cories eat the baby shrimps?

Also, what fish can I add that will not eat shrimplets into the shrimp breeding tank?

    Many thanks

Chances of pygmy corys eating shrimplets is relatively low, usually its only the dead or dying shrimplets that get eaten (the fishes are basically doing their regular clean up job for you), healthy shrimplets can jump and escape away easily. Same for yamato/amano shrimps.

Though if you want to maintain maximum shrimplet survival rate, then keep only shrimps, without fishes.

The only "shrimp safe" fishes so far commonly kept in shrimp breeding tanks are otocinclus, and perhaps panda loaches.
