Plant ID - Is this a moss?

Appreciate your help in ID-ing this plant! Looks like a moss but I am not experienced enough to identify it.

It's not hard, just expensive. You can find a ton at bioplast, tiny portion at c328 occasionally and Green Chapter has a tank full of it and sometimes they have loose forms.

I went to Bioplast (boon keng) and they had so many tanks full of it! Best purchase ever. If anyone want very mature pellia, just head over to bioplast!
