You can look at hang-on filters from brands like Gex, ISTA, Shiruba etc. Just go for those that run at around 300-400 l/ph range. They should cost around $15-$20.
If you have the budget, it'll be better to get a compact canister filter like the Shiruba XB-303 or ISTA 360, those operate at around 360 l/ph and can alot more filter bio-media than the hang-on filter (more filter bio-media = can house more beneficial bacteria and maintain a more stable cycle). They also come with all the accessories like rain-bars and jet outputs so you can adjust the flow patterns to your requirements. The compact canister filters usually cost around $40+.
