[Tip] How to attach pictures or files

the attachment option in the new thread or reply thread as shown above, allows members to attach a picture. Note that, the option only allows the pix to be used in that particular thread.

Total attachments at the moment are restricted to 1MB per member. That means if you attach a 100KB files in 10 posts, you'll reach your limit and not be allowed to attach anymore files until you delete older attachments.

You can manage your attachments in your User CP.

Suggestions to save your attachment quota:
- Attach smaller pictures.
- Attach pictures with lower quality.
- Use bbcode to link to your images, if you host them in publicly accessible web picture galleries.

We will review the attachment limit as time goes by and raise or lower it as necessary.

Pardon me... Does that mean that I have to use my user to delete old pics attached onto older messages/threads etc when the space allocation per member is used up so as to allow new attachments? Thanks...

Yes, that is right. In your "User CP", right at the bottom of the menu panel is "Attachments". Use that to manage your attachments. You do not have to search for your old posts to delete attachments.
