Fluval C4 very noisy

Dear all,

after reading multiple recommendation on the fluval c4, i've decided to get one a couple of months back.
would like to seek your help as my fluval c4 which used to be quiet is now rattling, i unassembled the motor and cleaned the insides, the impeller and shaft, the noise still persists, there are scratches on the impeller magnet.

can i still salvage the existing parts?
Do i have to replace the impeller or the motor or both?
How much would it cost?

I had my Fluval C2 impeller replaced at Clementi C328. The problem which I have previously is that the shaft has crack and dislodge from the impeller.

May need a few days for C328 to order the parts you wanted for replacement. Would suggest bringing your set down for them to take a look at the problem.

yes the parts are expensive, topping up slightly more and should be able to get a new one
