2 feet cube tank filter overkill

Got a 2 feet cube tank 216litres..

Got abit overkiasu and ended up with 2 filters eheim 2075 and eheim eco pro 300...

Wondering if
1. Will both filters cause a whirlpool in my planted tank
2. Should i get lily pipes or spray bar to reduce outlet flow?
3. Will it be advisable to use the 2075 at half flow using the adjustment thingy
4. Will it take up alot of electricity *cries*

Both lily pipes or spray-bars can work for your tank... it just depends on what look you are going for and the flow direction/circulation based on your hardscape and plant layout.

If the flow is too strong, you can just easily adjust the outflow taps on those canister filters to reduce their overall flow rates.

The Ecco Pro 300 is quite energy efficient at just 8 watts, and the 2075 uses around 16 watts, so total will be 24 watts... which is still relatively okay (in comparison, most lightsets for larger tanks will be using way more electricity than that).

In planted tank, no matter how good your initial flow rate, later it will fall... it's better off with each canister able to take the full load and you can adjust the flow rate. As the plants grow, obstructions to flow rate will happen.. you might even add powerhead to assist the flow.
