Gravel Cleaner

Hi All,

I just can't get a siphon with the gravel cleaner. Brand is Boyu BY-28. My tank is 40cm x 25cm x 25cm.

Methods that i tried:
1.) using the pump which is attached with the package
2.) using mouth to start the siphon
3.) pumping the gravel cleaner in the tank

All just can't seems to start the siphon.

Would need help here.
