My two boys. Pietro's housed with an assassin snail to get rid of the pesky ramshorns, while Erik has a Nerite in his tank.
Hello! I'm Gwen from Singapore, been keeping bettas for a while after I fell in love with my first betta (alas, Reddington has moved on to fishy heaven). Not really new to keeping fish, I've had some over the years but I wasn't the primary carer for them. Found this website while I was searching for an answer about bettas.
I own two fishes at the moment, a silver half-moon betta named Pietro and a red/purple plakat called Erik. Hope to learn more about keeping fishes =)

Hi Gwen, what do you feed them?
I used to feed them Tetra's Betta food but switched to Atisons Betta Pro. Been thinking about live food but never had any luck with brine shrimps.
You can get tubifex worms as an alternative, can even do your own culture for grindal or white worms!

Loving crypts <3
I got some freeze-dried bloodworms the other day, but so far, they don't quite seem to like them. Pietro's eaten one, but Erik just ignores, even after I rehydrate the worms. I'm trying to get shrimp to feed them, since both of them see to enjoy hunting moving objects.
Hi gwen, you can try to feed frozen brine shrimps by Hikari
