Help to identify & resolve algae issue

can someone help me identify this whitish algae only growing on my glass & wat eats it? My nerite snails, shrimps & oto arent eating it. Need help!

The picture not very clear , it may due to the shot angle. But very likely is Green dust algae or diatoms

Hi Nervagent

Could it be Nerite snai;'s egg. I experience that before, but its is all over the glass, plant, rock and leaves. It multiply plus. I gave up the whole although loaches may help but too much egg is unsightly.
