    Hi all

    Purchased canister filter last Fri at C328 florist but no receipt given, only the credit card charge slip.

    Further no shop chop on the warranty card.

    Is this the norm?

    No receipt only cc slip, but he did take out my warranty card to chop. I just bought mine 2nd eheim from him yesterday.

    Never before receive any receipt for my purchases from c328. Think you can go back and ask for the stamp on the warranty card. Must have a date too.

    I just checked my recent purchase of a eheim 2217 from C328, they did gave me a printed receipt and stamped the card.
