I was trying to look for Blue Neocaridina shrimps two days ago at aunty's shop and saw quite a number of bags labeled as ''Blue Crystal Shrimps'' with 5 shrimps in each bag.

The colours looked like either Blue Pearl or Blue Jelly Shrimps.

As far as I know, Blue Pearl shrimps are known as Neocaridina Palmata while Blue Jelly Shrimps are Cardina species? Also there are Blue Velvet Shrimps known as Neocaridina Davidi (Heteropoda).

Do correct me if I am wrong and I realised from other forums that the Blue Jelly (Europe) and Blue Velvet (USA) shrimps for the neocaridina heteropoda species are used interchangeably resulting in a lot of confusion.
