Feed well to forget about supplements?
Hey to all hobbyists
Do any of you add multi vitamins into the water for your fishes?
I asked this because a breeder did told me to try it out -- by using a normal multi vitamin pill and let it dissolve in the water and add a few drops to the tank (fishes absorb the nutrients from their gills, so the water is the most important aspect)
Feel free to comment your thoughts about this!

Definitely a regular dose improve the fish immune system. Experience is that fish is stronger and more active.

I do always dose Azoo Multi Vitamins that supposed to be engineered for the well-being of arowana. Not sure if it actually helps, but it does make sense to supplement vitamins that's lacking in our tap water.

First time i've heard of putting multi-vitamins designed for human consumption into aquariums. I guess it could work as long as the ingredients are safe for aquatic livestock.
I do know that some aquarists dose products like Seachem Equilibrium to the tap water (or distilled/RODI water) they use for water changes. It helps restore beneficial minerals for livestock.
How about the Super Vitamins from Ocean Free?
