New to aquarium keeping. Came into the hobby by chance after bringing home longkang fishes from the kids fishing trip. Since then, been trying to study how to keep them alive and end up going deep into it. I have 2 x 2ft tanks. One reserve for African Cichlids and the other trying to my hands on a planted tank. The latter has not been going well especially not able to get the Monte Carlo carpet going. So would appreciate all advice here. Anyway glad to be here.
