Rojak planted tank

Hi guys, just sharing my 2nd setup. Sold my 1.5ft and this is a 2ft, 130liters. Try to put up a simple scape but not successful. Please comment and advise how to make it looks better.

Most items I using are 2nd hand, some plants were exchanged.

Plants seems to be growing well, pearling a lot especially the HM.

Setup:
Used Amazonia + Plantacote as base fertilizer
Top up with thin layer of left over new Amazonia
2x 30 Watt LED flood light, cool white
Eheim 2424, mix of ceramic rings and bacteria house
CO2 reactor, around 1-2 bps
LushgroAqua+micro+KH2PO4

Flora:
HM, Rotala, AR mini, tonina, Japanese hair grass, repens, Java fern, monte carlo, ludwigia sp Super mini red

Fauna:
10x Cardinal tetra, 3x unknown tetra, Malayan shrimps, 3x Otto.

Some updates:
Replaced HM carpet to MC
CO2 reactor to atomizer
Increased fertilizer dosing

Just get more cardinals. . For 2 feet don't keep too many varieties
