Need some lighting advice

Hi guys I am having ok plant growth for my tank. (Monte Carlo are spreading , anchor moss are growing healthy, Fissiden no much growth, mini riccia are growing crazy. Some stem plants I notices also having significant growth)

I am using 1 evo green element 6500k + 10000k(for plant)
Co2 system and dosing fertilizer and excel flourish and some micro element from seachem.
Temperature : 27-28 Celsius

If I would to add another lighting setup from IKEA the light spec are 1000 lumen, 2700k,13watt

Would this improve plant growth ?
And how do I achieve pearling effect ?
