Nice tank, the soil looks thick . How long you takes to cycle the water?
My office shrimp tank has change to new setup cube tank.
Currently, with one otos, 20+ cherry, couple of cheap CRS and malayan shrimp
Just a simple setup with moss and frogbits.
25cm ANS cube tank
UGF setup with Eheim substrate pro, Mech pro and Powerhouse soft media.
ADA soil mix with Up-aqua soil
Up-aqua led lightning
Shiruba mini HOF
Temperature constant 25 degree
Weekly treat of B18 to my shrimp. They really love it !

The soil is only 2-3cm thick, the rest is the bio media with under gravel filter.
