No way that shrimps and apisto can co-exist in the same tank

Don't need SAE if you have yamato.
    Apisto owns all.

    Re: my cosy corner

    Really meh,

My Apistogramma viejieta never attack any of my yamatos well it did gobble up my cherries though lol. Yamatos all 20 still alive inside.

I think if you feed them well they won't attack. It never attack my cherries untill I rescape.... so ya..

    Re: my cosy corner

Hi apistoinka, noticed that your canister flow rate is very high for your 2ft tank. I read that apisto prefer slower flow, and cardinal tetra will eat apisto eggs. I have no experience on apisto but thinking to add to my planted tank that also high flow with cardinal and malayan shrimps... what's your thought?

    Re: my cosy corner

Hi gimhchng I suppose all fish will eat others fishes fries.. that is why i tried to plant it as heavily as possible so the the fries will have places to hide till big enough to venture out.. i just let nature takes its course.. if you are worried when the fries is free swimming you can siphon half out and rear while the other kept with mum so you would have more fries.. i used to breed succesfully in this kind of setup thus i do it again..

As for my canister flow rate there is a tap that i cant adjust it..
