What other brands of Canister Filter is not bad?

Am using the trusted Eheim Ecco Pro3 now and like previous few filter also eheim.

Am thinking of upgrading to a bigger tank in the "quite" near future, so i thought maybe getting another filter to share the load.
Secondly i want to look for another cheaper alternative as probably i am looking at 1k L flow rates.

Saw a few brands such as
Dophin
Atman
JeBao
Sicce (not cheap)
Fluval (not cheap)

So i was wondering if you guys have used any of these before and how reliable can they be.

I have the Sicce Whale 350 and couldn't be happier with it. It's silent , easy to clean and has great flow. Also I've had it for a little over a year and so far not a single problem.

I've used the JeBao cannister filter previously in one of my setup. Pretty efficient but I think it is not as quiet as the Eheim I owned previously (was an Ecco 130). If you're intending to put it in your room, I think you would do just fine.

Spare part availability is important for canister filter owner. Sometimes when Murphy pays you a visit, you are at a lost. Whatever you choose, do find out where the spare parts are sold from.

Yah, thats very true. Probably locally in SG almost every where we can find eheim parts .
Thats why still very reluctant to try China canister, not very clear whom to look for spares.
We all know ehiem , worst comes to worst bite the bullet go to Qian Hu.

Was deciding last week as well and decided to go with Pro 350 for my 60 x 45 x 45cm tank as well. I really wanted to give Fluval and the other brands a shot but my only previous canister filtration experience was the 2028 and it started leaking after 3 years of using. Turns out it was just the o-ring when I brought it down to Qian Hu. Quite cheap at that time I guess and the staff attending to me did a really good job. testing it and all before returning it to me.
