your Co2 is through diffuser in tank or inline?

Wonder anyone had this problem. Recently connected above to my Eheim Pro filter. Works well but in last two days when I switched the filter off for feeding, need to "pump" the filter before water starts flowing again. Never had this issue before installing the reactor. Works immediately after 1-2 push but just a hassle. Co2 is on while the filter is off so not sure this is causing the problem?

You shouldn't need to prime the filter again everytime you switch it off and on... the water should still stay filled up in the filter and reactor, and resume flowing again like normal when you switch the filter back on.
For inline Co2 reactor systems, when you switch off the filter, do switch off the Co2 injection too, otherwise the Co2 will just continue pumping in and filling up the reactor chamber with gas (which has no water flow and isn't mixing anything since the filter is off) which in turn will create an ever increasing pocket of trapped gas in the reactor chamber. That might explain why its difficult for the filter to start up again.

Yeah I think the cause is the CO2 still running. Fed the fish today after the CO2 injection cycle due to home late and no problem with the water flow. That means I either need to off CO2 injection (which means adjusting timer again) during/after feeding or feed after CO2 injection cycle is completed. Thanks.

Yes it's on separate timer. But I had CO2 injection run till about 6.30 pm and normal feed before 6.30 pm. So I either have to feed after this time or adjust CO2 timing. Thanks.
