Looking for pictures hosting site

I am sorry if this has been asked before.

I am looking for a site (commercial/pay or non-commercial) that has the following feature: say I have albums A, B, C, D. I want to issue a login-id-1/password to all friends so they can view album A, B, C. I want to issue another login-id-2/password to family so they can view all albums (including future albums). In the future, say I add album E and I allow login-id-1 (and login-id-2, by default) to view it.

Is there such site that has the access control I mention above?
