Saw this red plant (left side) at farmart. Anyone knows what plant this is? And is it difficult to keep? The red plant on the right corner with the top turning green is indica?

i think its rot macandra variagated i.e. bigger form.

I think its the normal R. macrandra and yes, the plant on the right is R. indica
