Help ID this fish

Hey guys, I recently dropped by Y618 and saw that they were selling a rather unique fish called 'Green Falopila(?)'. Searching the internet brought me no results, so maybe someone on AQ can tell me the actual name of this fish? The tank is in the corner where they keep their snails.
