Depends on the grade... low-grade CRS usually go for around $2 each at some LFS nowadays, quite close to the pre-packed pricing you spotted.
I saw some ridiculously low priced crs in Nature Aquarium yesterday. Eg, a mixture of 6 rather big sized crystal red/black shrimps for $10.
May i know if the offer is evergreen or seasonal?

Ohhhh. Thanx. I dun mind the grade. I just want some red/white bodies running ard my tank. Hahhahas. Then i will not jump into buying first. Hahahs.
