I guess what you are lacking is co2. They need that to grow.
Hi people, my plant started to melt rapidly and turning yellow could it be because of the weather? my tank temperature is 33 during the day.
Plant
flame moss
Moss (turning brown)
tiger lotus (melted)
dwarf tears? (turning yellow)
amazon sword
java fern
anubias nana (turning yellow and can't grow)
Most of my plant are on driftwood some i insert into the gravel, every 7days i will pour Azoo Plant Premium into my tank.

The water is pretty hot too. Add a fan and try to improve ventilation in the room.

My outdoor tanks hit >32°C on hot afternoons and the plants are still growing well (a few are similar to those you have in your tank), heat isn't as big an issue to most hardy plants like moss and anubias as they can adapt to it. Usually when you see such plants turning brown and yellow, its due to nutrient deficiency instead.
Dose more fertilizers and see if the plants improve, if not dose some more. If algae start appearing, then adjust and reduce the ferts accordingly. Also remove all brown and yellowing leaves to encourage new growth. When plant density increases in a tank, they can start consuming more nutrients than what the fert bottle recommends, so you have to adjust fert dosing according to plant nutrient take-up rate.
The only plant that i see in your list that may not do well even with improved fert dosing are the dwarf tears (aka HC?), those are one of the more delicate plants that also requires Co2 injection to grow well, otherwise often times they will tend to deteriorate faster than they can grow.
Heat can be an issue for livestock though... if you are using traditional T5 lights, perhaps switch to cooler LED lights, it could help reduce temperature buildup in the tank. Also consider shifting the tank to a cooler area of the home (away from sun facing windows and walls), it'll make a huge difference in moderating the tank temperature.
co2 injection is a must. 54w is a bit too strong
Co2 injection, ferts and try to lower temperature. Moss don't grow well in high temperatures.. they grow better in lower temperatures.
Plants turning yellow could also be potassium deficiency. Try dosing some and wait for 1 - 2 weeks and observe.

What substrate are you using? I use ADA Amazonian and rarely have such issues with my plants. I have also similar plants as you. If you are not using Aquasoil like ADA Amazonian consider dosing CO2 or root ferts. Seachem Flourish Excel can also be used but it proves lethal when overdosed.
Does this make sense: ~Imperfect Past equals future tense~
I found the reason why my plant keep during, Purigen is the problem it remove all the stuff my plants needs![]()
