Help with red plants

Hi fellas

I just got hold of this plant which I can't remember the name...it looks like E. Stellata, but with longer leaves which are RED...fantastic looking plant...
I know this plant is demanding...but what does it exactly need so that the leaves/new shoots don't turn green?

nizz, some plants starts with green leaves b4 changing red.. wat plant?

E. stellata has greenish leaves with purple on the underside

I think that's what I have, it doesn't grow very much at all and the leaves are always unhealthy with spot algae and holes.
