Havelock sometimes have them.. the other places will be Teo and Aquamart (tropica strain)

yours is the tropica strain? If yes, got extra cutting to barter trade with rose?

Hi fellas

Just thot i let everyone know dat the marble queen i got fr david r growing very very well in my tank. Too well dat last weekend, i had to uproot them & shift to the corner so dat it doesn't block the lights to my blyxa. A few of the leaves r abt 1ft long (excluding the petioles....rite word?) within a period of 27 days (it started as 3inch leaves). Thx again david for the plantlets. Oh...the tri-colour is more prominent for those leaves abv the waterline. Will try to get a pic up...

hi there,

i got a marble queen cutting from a fellow forumer too but it's been more than 2 mths now and it doesn't grow very high. instead it grows sideway by having more shoots. some leaves even turn brown and decompose. now it is about 8 inches high and i started it at about 4-5 inches. it has plenty of light and i've put it DIY co2 and base fert. as well. the other plants like riccia and egeria grow like nobody business though. water temp is bet 29 to 31. i add iron and trace minerals about once a mth else i will have algae bloom.

any advice for my marble queen ?

do u have a thick substrate? echinodorus do require thicker substrate than most plants.. in another words, they r limit by the max height and the thickness of the substrate..
