Betta with bloated stomach

I had a sick Betta with bloated stomach. I believe it has the dropsy sickness. What is the most effective to cure it? I just had him on Epsom salt bath for 20 mins. Now back to another tank for seachem paraguard drip. I am not sure I am doing right a not. Poor Betta.

are the scales raised and 'pineconed'? If they are then it really is dropsy and it is unfortunately almost always fatal.

You can try yellow powder, it may work if the problem is caught early, but be prepared for relapse.

Unfortunately, my betta has suffered it for 2 month.. and eventually it has passed away.
