Hi All,
I have a nano marine tank which is 55 litres and my tank is 6 months old, i have hanging skimmer, with 10 watts light.
1) I change water every 7 days around 5 litres, i take the Singapore tab water mix with anti-chlorine, mix with salt and keep the water for 24 hours then replace the water. Every 2 days I top anti-chlorine pre mixed prepared water. I have 2 fish at this point of time, 2 turbo snails and 3 other shelf snails which hide in sand.
2) Don't have any Chiller but planning to buy soon, but I have a fan.
3) All the parameters tested are fine with salinity of 1.026, no issues at all. But facing few issues.
a) All my corals (Star polyp) don’t even open they die within a week, so I fail to understand what is the problem
b) My rocks turn black within 10 days, I have remove and clean it very often
c) Whenever I bring angel fish, it dies after 15 days.
Can anyone help me or guide me. I have all the testing kits, don't see any issue of testing completed.
Below are the parameters tested
Salinity : 1.026
PH(4.5 – 9.0) : 7.7
PH(6.0 – 8.0) : 7.9
Amonia (NH3/NH4): 0.25
Phosphate : 0.25
KH/ALK : 0.52
CA : 0.08/460 PPM
MG : 0.16/ 1260 PPM
Thanks for the help
