Today, I saw three of them in my tank. May I know the name of that snail? As you can see in the picture, size is about 1CM. They have horns. The shell is a kind of transparent. That little guy is eating algae trapped between the hair grass and the tank wall. Clearing more of brown algae. Any idea?

Heya~ It seem like ramshorn snail. From its size, it's sexually mature so probably you are going to have more soon. It can consider a pest as it reproduce fast if there's excess food for them.

XD Chemical if you want fast and easy removal but if you have invertebrate then it's out of the option. Most of the chemicals are fish safe if dose correctly but not invertebrate safe.
2ndly, you can try snail traps. This is much safer but it's not as efficient as chemical.
3rdly, hand remove but patience needed. Remove all the snails and eggs whenever you see them. You can simply scrap the eggs off using fingernails. It's like removing silicon gel on smooth surface but much easier. If you have some fish, probably they will feed on the fish food, so this is the good time to remove snails. Also, try to remove the largest snails first as larger snails are sexually matured. Probably you're able to eliminate all of them in a week or 2.

So it's best to quarantine and treats your plants with pest remover before adding them to your tanks. Also make sure they are chemical free before adding to your tank. You can refer to shifu UA guide on treating the new plants.

Had ramshorn infestation before. I just bought 5pcs mini puffer and voila! Eggs and adults were eaten and bullied to the point they wont leave the safety of their shells. You can manually pick them up then

Remove as quickly as possible, imagine it as a plague, yes a plague! Once they established, they multiply like crazy... I once had few hundreds, in my tank when I started out. Took me a few resets to eventually eliminate them. Now I treat all new plants and hardscape with snail remover before putting them into any of my tanks.

After manual removal for three days, so far i didn't spot any. There may be some non mature snails hiding somewhere. I will need to keep and eye on it. Thank you all for the suggestions.

Theres no place to hide for my mini puffer fish. Imagine it like the Sentinel tentacle robot AI in the Matrix always locks on the target.
