can we used this kind of breeding tanks to acclimate new fish and shrimp?

this kind got a valve to control the water flow into the tank... can we put the new fish into this tank with the water from LFS... then adjust the valve to slowly drip the tank water into the breeding tank?

Yes, that type of external sattelite box can also be used to drip acclimate livestock too. Quite alot of people utilize it for that purpose too.

The only issue is as the box fills up and overflows into the main tank, the LFS water will also mix back into the tank too. Some people don't want to mix LFS water into their main tanks (to reduce chances of pathogens or hitchhikers transferring over), so in such cases have to either stop the drip before the box fills up, or just revert back to the conventional drip acclimation method (using airline hose, flow control valve and small container) instead.
