Just a question. Anyone got buy chiller from SGSHOP? It seems more cheaper than local for the same model.

Did you have any good experience?

    Re: Buying Chiller from overseas

If you are referring to buying chillers from TaoBao through 3rd party agents (ie. SGShop, 65daigou etc), then quite alot of people have done that.

Personally i've also ordered those small TEM chillers (ie. AL30 and AL60) via that method too, saves quite a fair bit of cost. The main thing you just have to factor in is the chance of the equipment being a faulty unit or breaking down after some usage, then its more of a hassle to exchange or fix it. Basically its the same concerns for most equipment ordered from online sellers.

So you just have to weigh the pros and cons between getting cheaper item from overseas but no local warranty vs more costly item locally but got local warranty.
