Water Quality in Singapore. (anyone have the means to do mass spectrography etc)

Just a quick question... Might be silly, but has anyone tried asking the water board to see if they can tell you whats in the water?

They should be able to give a range at least because I imagine it would be different from day to day, depending on where they get the water from, how its treated etc... It would have to be of a certain standard, their water chemists would have to monitor all the time...
