No need to spend so much.
1. In planted tanks that are densely planted, the gravel cleaner can't get thru without damaging the plants.
2. You won't be vacuuming deeply, if you have base fert.
3. You want to leave some of the "crap" in the gravel... they provide food to the plants.
If anyone vacuums the gravel in a planted tank, it's usually to clear massive algae growth of the gravel surface and to turn over the unplanted portions of the substrate. In both cases, they will vacuum only the top 1 cm of the gravel.
Just get a cheap one will do. Even the cheap one is enough for unplanted tanks.
