Can anyone help ID this strange looking creature. I found in my scrimp tank. About 1.5cm long. Is it dangerous in the tank?

Thats a damselfly nymph... probably grown for quite a while in your tank.

Usually they hitchhike in as smaller baby nymphs or eggs on plants.
