Based on say a 25x25x25 cube tank (the common type cube dimensions)... it works out to 15+ liters water volume.
Your neon tetras, CPDs and habrosus cory stay small so those numbers are usually still okay in small volume tanks like this. As long as you are dilligent in performing regular water changes, tank and filter maintenance, it should still be managable.
Just remember to trim and remove any old melting plants and leaves that you spot, as those will also contribute to the overall tank bio-load.
