Moved your thread over to this forum. A simple way will be to use microsoft powerpoint, insert the picture into the slide, resize it, then right-click on it and select save as picture.
how downsize the pictures? i was goin to upload it but its really big.

Try Google's Picasa2, it is free, can manage you photo album, crop/correct and export photos to a variety of sizes.
Buy ACDSee or photoshop if you can afford it.
You can do a lot with that, to save small size photos with good quality.
