No worries, good that you did not get the fish, it looked pretty emaciated too, and the fins are droopy. Definitely not good signs

Yes, it does look abit sickly, but it has nice coloration, was very tempted to get it. But if not for you, This poor guy wouldn't stay with me for long hahaha

I think you better get Maracyn II to treat it, after treatment, use Epsom salt to ease recovery...
