IF can tie both ends of brush better then can pull in both directions..left right left right...Sure clean one...
.
Just wanna share how I clean the algae inside the hoses of my Eheim cannister filter.
You'll need a couple of items:
1) A brush, with an eye at the end which you can secure a line to it (The type you use to clean the internal surface of a test-tube)
2) Strong Fishing Line (Length of line MUST be longer than that of hose)
3) Fishing sinker (The lead weight that's used for fishing, size must be able to pass through the hose, choose the long slim type)
Tie both ends of the fishing line to the brush and the fishing sinker. Then drop the sinker through the hose, once the sinker comes out from the other end of the hose, pull the fishing line and drag the brush through the internal surface of the hose...... and arrgh, out comes the algae!
Definitely easier than blowing wet tissue through the hoses.
