Bought a brand new 2215 recently but found it's very difficult to open the top after in use. literally cannot open despite turning it in circle and trying to pull it out. Is there a technique to open it easily? Used to having those with 4 corner locks which makes it easy to open for cleaning. Appreciate any advice. Thanks.
Resistance is futile, you will be administrated!
Do you still have hoses connected with taps installed? If so, open the taps, or remove the top hose, or make sure to empty out the water in the top hose. Main point, make sure air can enter via the hose or valve... Suction may be keeping it from opening.
